Due to new government restrictions on public mass gatherings, WOW collection events have not been cancelled but rather postponed to when they are allowed to safely take place. Unfortunately, there will be no refunds, for postponed events as the majority of the ticket cost is spent to create the work being presented. That being said, we will offer Talk Is Free Theatre (TIFT) credits in the event that the new date does not work with your schedule. These TIFT credits must be used by December 31, 2022, or they will expire. TIFT is a not-for-profit registered charitable organization and could convert your ticket purchase to a tax-deductible donation if you prefer, which would be of enormous help during this precarious time.
We hope to have an updated schedule for all performances by July 30, 2020. The full value of your tickets will be held on your account and a box office representative will be in touch to reschedule once our offices have re-opened. Patrons will be contacted in the order of original affected performances as soon as the new schedule is known with options.
Your health and safety, and that of our community, artists and staff, is our top priority. We will continue to monitor the situation to see if additional adjustments, closures or cancellations are required based on the direction and guidance of the local public health units, the province and the country.
